1. What is Free Gift Listings, why are you giving away free stuff?

Our sponsors want to have the opportunity to present their products and services to you, and are willing to give you amazing gifts for the privilege of your time. Free Gift Listings is the gift provider that makes this happens. All the gifts we provide to you, our guest, are sponsored by our sponsors.
 
2. Is this some high-pressure sales pitch?

Absolutely not, or we wouldn’t do business with our sponsors. Our sponsors want you to get all the information you need to see if their products or services are of value to you. Most importantly, they want you to see them in a positive way.
 
3. Why so many questions?

Each of our sponsors has some criteria that on average people who use their products and services meet. The questions are there to determine if you fit the criteria of their average customer.
 
4. Who should you call if there are concerns?

Once your certificate has been properly registered guests can contact the sponsor's customer service department.
 
5. What if I can't use the gift or take the vacation?

If for any reason you are unable to use the gift or take the vacation, you can give it to a friend or family member. The vacation is fully transferable providing it has not yet been registered/activated.
 
 

FAQ - Camcorder
 
1. When/How do I get my Camcorder?

All Camcorders are on a first come first serve basis and provided based on availability. You will receive your gift in the form of a certificate.
 
2. What extra charges are there?

Additional charges can include taxes, shipping and handling, and are the responsibility of the user.
 
 

FAQ-Smartphones
 
1. When/How do I get my Smartphone?

All Smartphones are on a first come first serve basis and provided based on availability. You will receive your gift in the form of a certificate.
 
2. What extra charges are there?

Additional charges can include taxes, shipping and handling, activation fees and are the responsibility of the user.
 
3. What if I already have my own service provider?

If you already have a service plan with another provider, you may choose to wait until your existing service plan has expired. Credit approval and new, promotional eligible, 36-month service agreement with Rogers Wireless is required.
 
 

FAQ - Cruise Packages
 
1. What extra charges are there?

All cruise certificates are for 2 people; additional adults or children can be added for an extra charge, subject to availability. The cruise package does not include airline tickets, airport transfers, airport improvement fees, taxes, and port taxes.
 
2. What's included in the cruise?

All food, entertainment, and on board activities are included based on the cruise line.
 
3. What kind of room do I receive with my cruise?

The cabin is an inside queen or two twin beds.
 
4. Can you stay longer or upgrade?

All cruises can be upgraded to longer sailings and different rooms for an additional cost. Our sponsor will provide you with other cruise alternatives that can be designed to meet the needs of any request.
 
 

FAQ - Hotel Packages
 
1. What types of hotel accommodations are provided?

Participating hotel chains may include Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Ramada Inn, Stratosphere, Imperial Palace, Fitzgerald Hotel, Sahara and Holiday Inn in addition to other select hotels and brands.
 
2. Is Airfare Included?

Airfare is included with the Las Vegas, and the Cancun Mexico package only. Our sponsor’s travel agents would be pleased to help you customize any vacation of your choosing.
 
3. How is my room guaranteed?

When you send in your registration form, a refundable reservation deposit may be required depending upon the terms and conditions of your travel certificate. This deposit simply assures the hotel that you will be coming, so that they can hold your reservation for you.
 
4. What if I want to stay longer?

Our sponsors can add vacation components including airfare, additional hotel nights, all-inclusive resorts, attraction passes, travel insurance, sports tickets and more.

1. What extra charges are there?

Additional charges can include airport transfers, airport improvement fees and taxes.
 
2. Who should you call if there are concerns?

Once you have received your gift you can contact the sponsor’s customer service line.
